Data Ownership: Businesses that create Beacyn QR trackers own the data collected through those trackers.
User Rights: Users have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data collected through the App.
No Third-Party Sale: We do not sell or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Permissions: You grant Beacyn permission to access certain device features, such as the camera, in order to provide the App's functionality.

9.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

Topcone Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the App.
